Text Message Terms

The text messages Storypole PRO sends for the contractors who use it, how people agree to get them, and how to stop them.

Last updated 2 October 2026. Provider: Storypole LLC (“Storypole”, “we”, “us”), 4461 67th Avenue N, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781.

1. The program

Program name: Storypole PRO job notifications.

Contractors who use Storypole PRO (“the contractor”) can send their subcontractors, suppliers and customers job-related text messages through the service, such as:

Messages identify the contractor that sent them. They are not marketing messages.

2. How you agree to get texts

A contractor may text you only after you have agreed to get text messages from that contractor — usually when you give the contractor your mobile number for job communication and say it is OK to text you, or by checking a box agreeing to texts on a form. The contractor records that consent in Storypole PRO before any text is sent. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of doing business or of any purchase.

3. How often

Message frequency varies with the job — typically a few messages a month while you are working with that contractor.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for texts; your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To start again, reply START.

6. Help

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@storypolepro.com or 727-657-4678. For questions about a job, contact the contractor who sent the message.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on all major U.S. carriers.

8. Privacy

Mobile numbers and consent are used only to send the messages described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the vendors that deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Contractors' responsibilities

Contractors who turn on texts agree, under the Terms of Service, to text only people who have agreed to it, to record that consent in the service, to use texts only for the job communication described above, and to follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, carrier rules and state law.
